At Reliance Legal Services Limited we will incorporate a company in one of two ways. First you can register a distinct name (however this requires a NUANS search to ensure that the name you have chosen has not been registered already). Secondly, we will register a numbered company, which will provide you with an Ontario Incorporation Number. In this case, there is no requirement to conduct a name search, being that the Ministry will issue the next available number. You may also incorporate a numbered company and then proceed to file a style name under that numbered company. This will allow you to operate under a specific company name as a division of your numbered company. However, this will not avoid duplication with any other registered names. All you need to do to Incorporate a Business is to fill in and Submit the following Online form. We will contact you shortly with details.
